You have 24 hours from the time the package is delivered to report ANY damage. After that we will NOT replace damaged decals. Photo's will need to be taken to prove damage PRIOR to installation. Once decal has been applied to any surface, return policy becomes 100% void since decal can not be re-used. Any questions, it is our job to help you.
