Vintage Otter Tail Hat

There is some staining on the hat, as well as some remnants of foam dust on the interior when the foam disintegrated. Light cleaning was done, but the dust still remains.Please see pictures, this is exactly what will be shipped out. Comes from a pet and smoke free home. I put the hat inside a plastic bag and ship it inside of a box for protection. Thank you.
